This song is simple and pure. Yes. Taylor Swift has many songs with the same basic concept, but that just shows that her heart is unchanging and that she is at heart simply a loving girl. Her songs all have that certain flair that captures listeners with its beautiful simplicity. The fact that her songs can relate to an eight year old or a sixty eight years old is part of her universal appeal. She is simply a fantastic singer and songwriter, and this song shows it off perfectly.

She may not be an Aretha Franklin
but that doesn't mean she cant sing. I saw her live and she starts out a little nervous sometimes I think but once she gets going, her voice is quite nice! She writes her own songs which arent later overdubbed with computerized crap to enhance her voice. I think her songs are songs you can relate to and if you know what she sings and don't like her, why buy it? I don't care what people say. She's cool!
I like Swift Taylor's music (because i can relate to most of what she's talking about), but all of her songs basically have the same melody, i cant tell
love story' from 'you belong with me', not to mention that all of her songs are ridiculously overplayed, so the quality of the lyrics goes down because everyone's heard it forty-eight billion times. she's 19 (or 20? i dont keep track) and she needs to start growing up. she cant keep writing songs about how she's going to ride uniocrns and live in a castle with her romeo.
but, i like the lyrics to this song, although taylor is not very creative in the melody & beat of the songs she writes, the lyrics are simply amazing
